Introducing Kockney Koi Pond Medic Plus Fluke Off—an effective treatment against skin, gill flukes, and intestinal helminths in Koi Carp or coldwater ornamental fish. It is important to obtain a correct diagnosis for flukes by taking a scrape before initiating treatment. Fluke Off is most effective when used above 10°C.

Usage Instructions: Begin by switching off the UV sterilizer, carbon filter, and protein skimmer. Ensure proper aeration in the pond throughout the treatment period, which should last a minimum of 7 days. Fluke Off does not harm beneficial bacteria, allowing you to continue feeding your fish during treatment. Shake and mix the product well after tightening the cap. Measure the appropriate dosage and add Fluke Off to a clean watering can filled with pond water, using the provided measuring cup for accuracy. Slowly add the solution to the return flow of the pond over the course of one hour to prevent any sudden shocks to the pond ecosystem. Avoid using Fluke Off in combination with other medications.

For heavy infestations, the treatment can be repeated 7 days later after confirming the presence of flukes through a scrape. Fluke Off can be safely used for up to 4 doses and is compatible with salt usage.

Dosage: Use 10ml per 364 liters (80 gallons) of pond water.

Warning: This medication is harmful to aquatic snails and will result in their demise.

Important Considerations:

• Accurately calculate your pond volume; avoid guessing. 

• Monitor your fish closely during all treatments. Avoid administering the treatment late at night, the day before your departure, or just before leaving the house.

• Maintain filtration throughout the treatment period.

• Avoid overdosing, as it can lead to fish fatalities.

Disposal:

• Do not dispose of the product in drains or watercourses. Empty the container completely and dispose of it safely. Discard the empty container in a dustbin. For unused product, dispose of it at a household waste site in its original container. Contact your local authority for further details.
